Note about local partnerships: We hire locally whenever possible and pay our partner vendors and their staff well above going rates. For example, our catering team in Sayulita (CocinArte) is the best in the region and an essential part of our retreat team. The same goes for maintenance teams and cleaning crews. We ask that all of our guests please treat staff with kindness, respect, and when applicable leave tips.
